At Lorryland we offer a 60 day right of return on all parts that we sell. If you are not happy, send the part back.

GENERAL TRUCK ITEMS

These will be credited 100% on return, including freight to get the item to you. Parts that are not returned in the same condition they were sent in will not be credited.

ENGINES

These will be 100% credited on return including freight to get the engine to you. No labour will be paid for fitting the engine or removing the engine. If posible, please run the engine on the pallet before fitting. No Loss of time will be paid for the truck not being in operation.

GEARBOXES

These will be 100% credited on return including freight to get the gearbox to you. No labour will be paid for fitting or removing the gearbox . If posible remove the lid and self-inspect before fitting. No loss of time will be paid for the truck not being in operation.

NEW PANELS

These will only be credited 100% if they come back in the same condition they leave in. Please check fitting of panels before painting. Painted panels will only be credited 50% - we cannot sell these as new panels after they have been painted.
