Full payment for part(s) is required prior to dispatch, unless otherwise permitted via a successful written application process for account holders.
Delivery of the part will be made to the address stated by the purchaser on the order form on this website (“Delivery Details”) and the purchaser will pay all freight costs.
All parts come with a 90 day parts only warranty (no labour cost is covered), unless otherwise stated in writing. The exception is turbo chargers which come with a Start-Up warranty only.
There are very specific warranties relating to engines and transmissions, as well as options to buy extended warranties on engines and transmissions. Refer to the warranty forms under the “Warranty” tab on this website.
If your purchase is found to be faulty, we will meet our obligations and repair or replace/exchange the item for you. The purchaser must provide invoice as proof of purchase.
We will always honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Credits for returns apply only when the goods are faulty or incorrect and have been returned to Lorryland within 7 working days.
If at the vendor’s sole discretion, a credit is allowed for reasons that do not involve a faulty or incorrect part, a 20% handling charge will apply as well as the freight cost for sending and getting the part back.
Procured goods are not returnable. That means that if we don’t have the part you require, and you instruct us to procure the part on your behalf from another company, they are not returnable for credit.
In the event that the payment is not made satisfactorily and completely, we reserve the right to add interest at a compounding rate of 2.5% per month, and all costs of collection pursuant to the Fair Trading Act 1986.
The goods remain the property of Lorryland until they are paid in full.
We reserve the right to inspect any part sold to you prior to replacement or refund.
Any part sold to you must be fitted in a tradesman-like manner, and used in the application intended by the original manufacturer. If it is found to be altered or modified in any way, no refund will be permitted.
In the event of a failed part, and a request for credit, the maximum claimable amount and/or any liability of Lorryland is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the part. We will not be liable for any consequential damage.
Should Lorryland be delayed in or prevented from making delivery owing to any cause whatsoever beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, an Act of God, war, strike, government intervention, industrial stoppage or natural disaster, at our sole discretion, we may cancel or suspend any order without incurring liability for any resulting loss, damage, or consequential damage.
